The Hampton Hopper is a new app-based shuttle bus network in the Hamptons created to make getting around the East End of Long Island more affordable, convenient, and fun.  We are looking for an experienced general manager to join our operations team immediately.

Responsibilities include:

  • Hiring of on-board Hopper Staff (including Drivers and Brand Ambassadors)
  • Management and scheduling of on-board staff
  • Oversight of vehicle maintenance and safety
  • Vehicle dispatch to manage vehicle timing and location along the route, and to assist with any issues on the road
  • Maintenance of driver, vehicle, and safety records in our office
